The MOSM-MQ00P module features the Qualcomm QCS6490 octa-core processor, reaching speeds up to 2.7GHz to deliver powerful edge computing capabilities. Integrated with the Qualcomm® AI Engine, it provides up to 12.5 TOPS for accelerating AI workloads such as image recognition and natural language processing. Equipped with 4GB LPDDR5 memory and 32GB UFS storage, the module supports 4K@60FPS decoding and 4K@30FPS encoding. With up to five MIPI CSI camera interfaces and a wide range of I/O including PCIe, USB 3.1, and GPIO, it meets the demands of advanced multimedia and AI applications. Conforming to the OSM-L v1.2 standard with a compact 662-pin LGA layout, the MOSM-MQ00P is ideal for high-performance, space-constrained embedded systems.
